Dr Clair Lawson

Clinical Psychologist | Clinic Owner | Business Coach

Clair is a clinical psychologist and founder of Lawson Clinical Psychology, a respected multi-clinician practice in Subiaco, Perth. With more than 20 years in private practice and a PhD from the University of Western Australia, she brings deep clinical expertise alongside real-world experience of building and running a successful, values-driven clinic.

Clair is passionate about helping psychologists move beyond survival mode — building practices that are compliant, sustainable, and genuinely rewarding. She has published research, presented at international conferences, and provides clinical supervision to early career psychologists and postgraduate students.

Dr Kim Eaton

Senior Clinical Psychologist | Researcher | Policy and Governance Consultant

Kim is a Senior Clinical Psychologist and consultant at Lawson Clinical Psychology, with extensive experience across private practice and government mental health services. She brings a rare combination of clinical skill and policy expertise — supporting organisations to design and implement procedures that promote wellbeing, prevent harm, and meet professional, ethical, and legislative standards.

Kim leads practice-wide policy development at Lawson Clinical Psychology, work that underpins Practice Policy Pro. Her background in government services and clinical governance means she understands compliance not as a burden, but as a foundation for excellent practice management.
