We are passionate about providing support, consultation and research services to  allied health professionals throughout Australia.

Why was LCR founded

After more than 16 years running Lawson Clinical Psychology, Dr Clair Lawson saw firsthand the challenges psychologists and clinic owners face beyond the therapy room — from navigating Medicare compliance and governance, to managing teams, policies, and growth.

Lawson Consulting & Research (LCR) was founded to fill that gap — providing practical, evidence-informed resources, mentoring, and training to help mental health professionals build thriving, compliant, and values-driven practices.

At its heart, LCR exists to make running a practice simpler, more sustainable, and more rewarding — so clinicians can focus on what matters most: delivering exceptional client care.
